In lieu of wedding favors at our wedding on October 8, 2021, my fiancé and I made a donation in memory of my mother who passed away in 2005. In October 2012, for her 50th birthday, my family raised $25,000 for Gift of Life Howie's House to help underwrite room 310. Organ donation is near and dear to our hearts from both giving and receiving. I couldn’t think of a better way to honor my mom on my wedding day!
