Transplant Patient Panel

November 13th – 3pm EDT

Transplant patients will share about their transplant journey including the evaluation process, transplant surgery and post-transplant recovery. 

Four transplant patients will be on the panel representing each organ journey: kidney, liver, heart, and lungs. This webinar is open to patients, caregivers and professionals!
