This Virtual Education Series is offered through Gift of Life Howie’s House’s Caregiver Lifeline Program Through the CLP patients and caregivers have access to counseling and education specifically tailored to their needs. Services are also offered throughout the Gift of Life region, nationally and internationally.

Since 2020, the Caregiver Lifeline Program successfully hosted a series of transplant webinars for patients and caregivers, attracting over 4,600 participants from across the US and 20 different countries. Furthermore, we offered complimentary continuing education programs for transplant social workers, engaging nearly 2,000 participants.

The Virtual Education Series for patients and caregivers was also presented at the 29th International Congress of The Transplantation Society in September 2022 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 2024, the CLP will once again host a series of complimentary webinars for the national transplant patient and caregiver community, as well as virtual continuing education programs with a national audience.
