Eva enjoyed her gift of a heart transplant. She made a difference. She took full advantage of her extra time. Eve received her heart transplant 13 years ago. She was a warrior! Eve was so grateful for the support from the Transplant team, they are fantastic! All the resources helped her through recovery. Eve fully appreciated her gift of life as I did.
