We are excited to share about Gift of Life’s newest volunteer initiative, the Gift of Life Young Friends Program!

Gift of Life Young Friends is a philanthropic group of motivated, career driven community members developed to further the mission of Gift of Life through charitable, social and educational activities.

We are looking for young professionals and/or advocacy minded individuals between the ages of 21-35 that want to expand their professional skills and network while advancing the mission of Gift of Life.

The group will participate and assist in planning various activities throughout the year, including but not limited to:

• 2 Home Cook Hero volunteer dates per year

• 1 annual fundraiser planned by the Young Friends group

• 2-3 social events per year

• 2-3 professional development/mentorship events per year

We will be hosting an intro event on March 26^th, 2025 from 5:30pm – 8pm for all those interested to learn more about the program and connect with fellow interested members. The event will begin at Gift of Life Howie’s House for a short presentation and a tour of the House. Then, we’ll head to Urban Village Brewing Company for a happy hour with pizza, snacks, and your first drink on us!
